The futuristic shape of the 40,000 capacity Al Wakrah Stadium mirrors the innovative, ambitious spirit of the Supreme Committee of Delivery & Legacy. The stadium’s design is inspired by the sails of traditional dhow boats. Furthermore, the stadium will host matches through to the 2022 FIFA World Cup™ quarter-finals.

ESSMA interviewed Rafal Dmowski, Marketing Director, about Legia Warsaw’s loyalty programme. The main objective of Legia Warsaw’s loyalty programme, Legiony, is to increase attendance on matchdays. Their ‘matchday’ fan base consists of 110,000 contacts, while their ‘newsletter’ fan base consists of 70,000 contacts.
